Immerse yourself in the wild beauty of Untamed Acres during March Moon Madness, a primitive camping experience under the glow of the full moon!

 What to Expect:  Primitive camping under a vast, starry sky with no distractions—just you and nature. The sounds of tigers roaring, wolves howling, and nocturnal wildlife stirring as the moon rises.  A chance to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with the great outdoors. 

Bring your own tent and gear—no hookups, no frills, just nature at its finest!

Sasquatch's Lunar Eclipse Campout    

March 13-14, 2025​​​​​​

Eclipse begins at 10:57 PM CST on March 13, with totality from 1:26 AM to 2:31 AM CST on March 14. 

 Location: Untamed Acres

 Camping Fee: $10 per person for a primitive camping site 

Join us at Untamed Acres for the Sasquatch's Lunar Eclipse Campout!  Experience the mesmerizing total lunar eclipse—commonly known as the "Blood Moon" in a serene, natural setting.  With over 100 acres of open fields and hiking trails, our grounds offer the perfect vantage point for stargazing and exploration.

 Amenities:

 Private Access:  Each group receives a unique code for our entry keypads, ensuring a secure and personalized experience.

 Fire Pits:  Multiple fire pits are available for warmth and traditional campfire activities.

 Spacious Campsites:  Ample open areas ideal for setting up your own stargazing equipment and enjoying unobstructed views of the night sky.

 Hiking Trails: Explore over 100 acres of diverse terrain, perfect for family adventures and nature walks.

Note: This is a self-guided experience.  Guests are encouraged to bring their own camping gear, telescopes, binoculars, and other stargazing equipment. While the Untamed Acres team will not be on-site during the event, assistance is available via phone if needed.

Keep an eye out for our elusive mascot, Sasquatch!  While sightings are rare, the spirit of Bigfoot adds an element of fun and mystery to your camping adventure.
